How do I create an account?

At this time, account creation is not yet available. However, we are actively working to implement this feature in the near future.

Do I need to submit any additional information with my submission?

Yes. Please use top loaders or card savers secured with painter’s tape. Make sure to include a completed Golden Monkey Sports Cards – Consignment Submission Form (Anexus) with your package.

What’s the current turnaround time for submissions?

All cards are typically listed within 72 hours of receipt, regardless of the selected service level, unless the Rush Listing (24h) option is chosen.

How should I package my cards?

Use sleeves and top loaders, then secure with padding inside a mailer or box.

How do I add my bank account?

At this time, adding a bank account is not yet available. We are actively working to enable secure connections. Until then, please provide your payment details through the Golden Monkey Sports Cards – Consignment Submission Form (Anexus) included with your submission.

When will I receive my payout?

Payouts are issued on the last business day of each month. You will also receive an invoice and detailed report outlining all items sold during the month.

What happens if an item doesn’t sell?

We’ll relist it a few times. If it still doesn’t sell, we’ll contact you with options.

Can I use my balance to shop on eBay?

No. Your balance is for payouts only.

What items do you accept?

Raw and graded sports cards, TCGs, and sealed memorabilia. No damaged or counterfeit cards.

How are my cards listed for sale?

All cards are currently listed as 7-day auctions starting at $0.99 to maximize visibility and buyer engagement. We believe this approach provides a fair and competitive marketplace for all consignors.

Can someone else send cards on my behalf?

Yes. Just make sure your name and email are listed inside the package.

Do you list cards as lots?

Only if submitted as Bulk Lots with the $2.50 service.

What if a buyer doesn’t pay?

We open a case through eBay and relist the card if needed. You are not charged.

Can I cancel or modify a submission after it’s been sent?

Once your cards have been received and logged, we begin processing them for listing. Modifications may not be possible at that point. Please contact us immediately if a change is needed, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you accept international consignors?

At this time, we only accept submissions from within the United States. We hope to support international consignors in the future.

Are there any fees if my item doesn’t sell?

No. You are only charged commission on successfully sold items. There are no listing or relisting fees.

Can I request a specific listing title or description?

We aim to create optimized listings for visibility and search performance. If you have a special request, please include it in the notes section of your submission form. We’ll do our best to honor it when appropriate.

How will I know when my cards are listed or sold?

You will receive email notifications once your cards are listed and again when they sell. A full breakdown is also included in your end-of-month invoice and report.
